It will likely come as no surprise that these past 16 months have been challenging to navigate. Like many other businesses both small and large, Covid-19 has had a profound impact on us and our ability to operate.

You might have noticed that our clothing kiosks are no longer at their North East locations. But don’t worry, we’re not disappearing.

This unprecedented situation has inspired us to pivot and find new and exciting ways to move forwards into the future. And trust us when we say we’ll be back bigger and better than ever! We are working on something truly exciting, and it’s something that many of you have requested over the years, so we can’t wait to reveal all soon…

In the meantime, our home collection service will remain active until July, after which we will be taking a hiatus until next year while we prepare for this new and exciting chapter.

We would like to say a huge thank you to you, our loyal customers for using our amazing service over the last 10 years and averting hundreds and hundreds of tonnes of clothing, shoes and accessories from ending up in landfill. We sincerely could not have done it without you.

But it doesn’t end here. So don’t forget about us as we plan to be back bigger and better in 2022…
